Red Boy Mines Company. The mine was located in Grant County (Granite District) Oregon. The Red Boy Mine was one of the larger gold and silver producing mines in Grant County at the time this certificate was issued. The company folded in 1916. The mine and other assets where sold at auction for $34,500 back to the same ownership group who renamed it "The Red Boy Mining and Development Company".
